FAQ'S
What's your cancellation policy?
In the event of a cancellation or rescheduling, Face By Lily Rose requires a 30-day notice. If the notice is given more than 30 days in advance, a full refund of the 50% will be provided. If the notice is less than 30 days the down payment will be applied to your next makeup service.
Do you require a deposit?
I require a 50% deposit of the total cost to secure your date and time on my calendar. The remaining balance is due one week before your wedding date.
Do you have a travel fee?
For local weddings within a 30-mile radius of Bradenton, FL, there is a $50 travel fee. For locations beyond this radius a quote would be given at the time of your inquiry. If your venue is more than two hours away, hotel accommodations may be required depending on the service start time.
Do you have a bridal party minimum?
I have a bridal party minimum of at least 3 people, including the bride.
Do you provide all the makeup?
Yes, I provide all the makeup products. However, if you have a specific lip color you’d like me to incorporate into your look, I’m happy to do that for you.
How do you accept payments?
I accept payments via Venmo, Zelle, Credit Card or cash.
Is gratuity included?
No, gratuity is not included but is always appreciated.
